Starting off with Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics over eight years ago, Beautiful You is now a proud stockist of seven of our 13 brands here at PBS – from the versatile and powerful Dermalux Flex to Sunescape and Bestow Beauty. The next brand the salon took on was Image Skincare, and according to owner Toni it was a “no brainer” after she had an Image peel at Beauty Expo. “Image sells itself! The results are immediate and we now have a cult following,” she says. The addition of Dermalux, Bestow Beauty, Luk Beautifood and Sunescape were the logical result of “working with PBS and trusting their choice of brands.”
When it comes to customer service, Toni and her team excel in all areas, aiming to make every client feel special and walk out the door feeling like a brand-new person. They pride themselves on the value of community and truly believe in kindness and care when it comes to looking after their loyal clients.

Toni believes that a strong marketing plan and emphasis on skin planning is what keeps their clients coming back again and again, and the team especially love the new Skin Fit program from Image Skincare. Beautiful You use MOAP graphics on their social media accounts and in their email send-outs – “We love the convenience of MOAP and the professional designs, and find it so helpful with our marketing,” says Toni.
The Beautiful You team know how crucial marketing is to the success of their salon, and from running regular promotions to throwing Christmas and VIP events, Beautiful You is always ahead of the game when it comes to promoting their services and products.
When it comes to their social media strategy, Beautiful You is constantly sharing posts to Instagram and Facebook that keep their followers in the loop with the latest specials, treatments, client transformations and more. On Facebook, VIP clients are invited to join an exclusive private group where Toni and the team share insider info, pro tips, exclusive deals and live videos.

Giving Back
Toni and her team are committed to helping others and improving the lives of disadvantaged women and girls both abroad and here in Australia. Beautiful You Training Ministries Inc. is a not-for-profit founded by Beautiful You that carries out their motto of “Love, Learn, Lead.” Through their partnership with non-profit Destiny Rescue, Beautiful You Training Ministries Inc. uses the professional skills of the You Beauty team and their passion for empowering women to help provide the skills, tools and support needed to help lift girls out of exploitative situations. Over the past three years, Beautiful You Training Ministries Inc. have raised over $12,500 for vulnerable young women in Cambodia, and the team make regular trips to Cambodia to provide women at beauty training salons with supplies and on-site training. It’s no surprise that Beautiful You are the more-than-worthy winners of the November Salon of the Month!
