It seems that the awards are harder every time, with finalists continually blowing us away with their growth, dedication, passion and drive for success not only for their team, but most importantly their clients.

When we selected this year’s winner, it has always been abundantly clear, this business owner has a vision to create a space of trust for skin, body, and soul, where advanced skin treatments meet holistic wellness…A perfect unique blend of luxury Day Spa with cutting edge Medi-Spa based modalities.

They were finalists in multiple categories this year, also taking home the award for #1 Image Skincare Stockists.

This business prides itself on being true Experts in their Field, and education is one of their core values, part of remaining employed at this salon is a commitment to postgraduate education.

With eight treatment rooms, 11 therapists, and an additional six team members, this multi award winning advanced Medi Spa offers all the latest treatments and technologies, to help their clients achieve their best results.

A little bit about Temple Skincare…

A stockist of 11 of our 14 PBS brands and have grown in the last year by 42 per cent with us!

With Image Skincare they are #1 stockists for sales in both professional treatments and product sales. It is their top selling skincare range and achieve remarkable results for their clients.

They have two of our Mesopen Pro devices that they use in conjunction with Fusion Mesotherapy – a popular treatment in the salon that the entire team are confident in achieving results no matter the skin, and deliver results that have made their treatment courses easy to sell.

They are LED raving fans, with three Dermalux systems in-salon and two Dermalux Flex devices available to hire. They combine with almost every client and every service, especially with their more intense medi-spa treatments to help speed up wound-healing and post-treatment recovery time. As their owner says, “The Dermalux is a killer for results, it works hard without complaining, doesn’t take holidays and reaps in the money”.

For Bio-Therapeutic, they love selling the advanced at-home technologies to their clients serious about skin, as well as adding the face, eye and neck masks as easy and effective upgrades in their spa treatments.

Pollogen Stockist of the Year finalists, this salon has both the Divine Pro and the Geneo. They have self-declared that they absolutely love this device and their clients do too, so much so that they are now often double booking the device and therapists fighting over it. So, of course they have now purchased a second one after only having their first for just two months. When they purchased the second Divine Pro, they also purchased a Geneo in what sounds like a team pressure situation with the therapists promising to pay both off within eight weeks they believe in the treatment that much!

Another area they excel in is with their incentive and reward programs for their clients. They pride themselves on having a culture of generosity and a saying of ‘to give and to receive’ which is why gratitude and giving back to not only the team members, but also their clients is something they regularly focus on.

Their Emerald and Diamond Reward Programs are examples of this, where clients receive product and treatment discounts, freebies, milestone gifts and special promotions as part of their loyalty rewards.

It is also really successful for increasing client average spend and frequency of visits as clients attend every 4-weeks instead of a relaxed 6-week cycle. The clients also tend to spend more, adding retail and other treatments, as the psychology behind having already paid the bulk of their treatment with their monthly direct debits, they don’t feel they are parting with much on the treatment day when they add something on.

Another area this salon really shines is on hosting EVENTS. To maximise their event returns, they of course sell package deals and skincare deals exclusive to the event attendees. Always yielding a minimum of $10,000 per event, with their record being $70,000!!

Finally, what we think separates this business from so many others is the owner’s willingness and passion for working closely with her PBS BDM, Denise. This business owner thrives on the collaboration with Denise to assist her with coming up with ideas and executing them. She also loves the accountability Denise offers, keeping her updated with tracking for top reward status.
