Our incredible Head of Education, Jessica is our in-house product and brand expert that has 20 years of beauty therapist experience behind her, whilst also being recognised qualified trainer and assessor who taught a Diploma of Beauty Therapy before joining PBS.
Rachel Brew | NSW Clinical Educator
Rachel our NSW Trainer is an incredibly qualified & highly skilled trainer, assessor, and industry professional! As our full-time trainer in NSW, she shares her knowledge, expertise and passion for all things beauty, skincare & aesthetic devices with our partnered salons, salon owners & therapists
Heather Ford | QLD Clinical Educator
A seasoned educator and industry expert, Heather is our QLD Clinical Educator. Backed by qualifications in Training & Assessment and Business, she brings a wealth of experience from her background in teaching the Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Salon Management. Heather radiates positivity and a can-do attitude, inspiring the therapists and business owners she works with to reach their full potential.
Emma Corrie | VIC Clinical Educator
With over a decade of experience in the aesthetic and skin health industry, Emma is our VIC Trainer - a skilled Clinical Educator specialising in advanced treatments such as IPL, laser, LED, Fractional RF, and transdermal therapies. Emma has extensive experience with professional skincare brands, delivering practical, results-driven education with a strong emphasis on chemical peels and skin health. Known for her clear and engaging teaching style, Emma empowers Dermal and Beauty Therapists with the knowledge and confidence to deliver safe, effective treatments while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and client outcomes.
Zarita Heng | NSW Clinical Educator
Zarita is our NSW Trainer, and has extensive experience across the beauty and wellness industry, specialising in advanced skin treatments and results-driven skincare. Zarita’s background includes working with major retail brands as well as educating the next generation of therapists as a trainer and assessor at a leading college. She is passionate about combining cutting-edge techniques with a holistic approach to support long-term skin health and overall wellbeing.

No. All sessions are delivered live and are not recorded. This is intentional, it creates a more personal, collaborative experience for everyone involved.
