The Christmas Content You’ve Been Waiting For

  1. Master Your Visual Merchandising: It acts like a permanent salesperson, attracting clients into your salon, while proving an easy to navigate gift guide, so when you are busy, the work is being done for you. 

     

  2. Create a Gift Guide: Create a booklet featuring everything on offer (both gift packs and   treatment packages), and print for your reception area, plus your retail bags, and send it in an EDM. Share the gift guide on your Instagram as a gallery and create a Christmas Gift Guide highlight. Add this to an album on your Facebook and website, along with an SMS or EDM to VIP clients. 
     

  3. Get Social: In addition to promoting your gift guide and treatments packages, create Christmas content on your socials including unboxing of Christmas packs, setting up the Christmas space in your salon, spa or clinic, treatment sneak peeks, Christmas tree decorating, team favourites etc, and film customers buying gifts to create FOMO and social proof, all to build hype and drive purchases.

  10. Don’t forget party prep! It’s not just about gifting packs or treatments, remember to promote package deals for clients wanting to get their skin ready for the social calendar ramping up in the silly season, or dealing with the aftermath of summer. ‘Tis the season to treat yourself after all.
