Professional Beauty Solutions Welcomes Industry Leader Mathew Green
Professional Beauty Solutions (PBS) is pleased to announce the newest addition to its leadership team, Mathew Green, who brings over 20 years of executive experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and aesthetic medical devices.
Joining the team as Director of Aesthetic Technology, Mathew boasts a proven track record of driving growth, building high performing teams, and shaping business strategy in competitive markets, most recently as Senior Director and General Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Candela Medical, the global leader in aesthetic technology
From 2017 to 2024, Mathew oversaw the company’s significant expansion - growing the team from 20 to 50, building the brand into new locations across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Auckland, and elevating Candela to their #1 market position in Australia. During his tenure, Mathew’s role on Candela’s Global Operating Committee saw him advising on international product strategy and market direction.
Prior to this, Mathew, a qualified pharmacist, held senior sales and business development roles with Candela Medical, ASAP Skin Products, and Synthon Pharmaceuticals, following his early career as Proprietor and Managing Director of Blakes Pharmacy, Sydney.
