Cambodian Charitable Trust - Sponsorship Update
Providing a Brighter Future for Children in Cambodia with Bestow Beauty
Recently Professional Beauty Solutions (PBS) received the most heart-warming update from Cambodia Charitable Trust; a New Zealand based not-for-profit organisation that was founded by Denise Arnold, the sister of Janine Tait - Bestow Beauty’s founder & owner.
In partnership with the Cambodia Charitable Trust (CCT) and Bestow Beauty, PBS aims to create a brighter future for vulnerable Cambodian children through developing quality education for young girls. They achieve this by transforming schools, training Cambodian teachers, sponsoring vulnerable children, and providing tailored support in response to the current Covid-19 situation.
Professional Beauty Solutions is a proud supporter of the Cambodia Charitable Trust
Over the Christmas season PBS made an additional donation to the CCT and we have just received news that these funds were used to buy a photocopier for the local school in Cambodia that the 5 girls PBS also sponsor, attend.
The arrival of the new photocopier will be a massive help to the school and the teachers, as well as making a difference to many children’s learning experiences through creating worksheets, booklets and more.
Bestow Beauty supports young girls in Cambodia through The Bestow Sisterhood
To support the CCT’s efforts, Bestow Beauty founded The Bestow Sisterhood in 2017 with the ethos that ‘every woman is our sister’. This wonderful initiative by Bestow facilitates the sponsorship of Cambodian Children and donate ALL profits of Bestow Beauty’s Generositea Tea to the CCT.
In partnership with The Bestow Sisterhood and CCT, PBS provides financial support through the sponsorship of 5 Cambodian girls: Buth, Chea, Uch, Vannak and Chhorn. The sponsorship provides:
FREE access to quality education
A school uniform and essential school stationary
Access to health checks
Food for her and her family
A monthly contribution to family living costs to cover the loss of the child’s wage which discourages families from taking children out of school to work.
Alongside this sponsorship, PBS have also made the decision to follow Bestow Beauty’s example and donate all profits of our Generositea tea sales directly to the CCT via quarterly donations.

How to Help the Cambodia Charitable Trust through The Bestow Sisterhood
Sponsorship of a Cambodian girl costs as little as $40.00 a month. For that amount she gains access to FREE education and financial assistance, which significantly reduces the chances of their families sending them to work, where unbeknownst to their families they often end up trafficked.

We are so proud to partner with Bestow Beauty as they continue to support such a wonderful cause as giving aid to vulnerable Cambodian girls in rural communities so that they can live a safer life, with a brighter future.
