Toto, we're not in Kurnell anymore!
We are pleased to notify you all that Professional Beauty Solutions is now back in business and operating as normal at a temporary base in Taren Point following the destruction of our Kurnell Head Office in the wake of the December 16 tornado which swept through NSW at winds of more than 200km/h, the fastest speed that has been recorded in NSW history.
“Our office and training facility was destroyed and the warehouse also sustained a lot of damage,” Matt Williams, Managing Director at Professional Beauty Solutions, told Professional Beauty. Some stock was able to be salvaged, but the week leading up to Christmas was spent on damage control- sorting through undamaged stock and arranging emergency stock from suppliers so to fill as many orders as possible during such a big time of the year.
The shocking images of our usual headquarters speak for themselves. Bricks everywhere, walls down, the roof ripped off, broken windows, destroyed stock and terrible structural damage. Most importantly however, no man, woman, or our resident dogs were injured.
We would like to sincerely thank all of our stockists whom have shown such exceptional support and understanding at the time and throughout this period. We've weathered the storm and are rallying together and pushing harder than ever to make Professional Beauty Solutions a success!
