Competition Period: The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on Tuesday 14th of February 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 30th of April 2023.

Entry Restrictions: Entrants must be an existing PBS stockist at the time of entry and at the time of prize draw. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

Entry Method: To enter, during the Promotional Period, entrants must complete the competition entry form online including their full name, mobile number, state and at least one photo of their Client Transformation Journey using at least one PBS brand including Bestow Beauty, Bio-Therapeutic, Dermalux LED, Divine Pro (Pollogen), Fusion Mesotherapy, Geneo (Pollogen), Image Skincare, Lynton Lasers, Maximus (Pollogen), Mesopen Pro, Pure Fiji, Sunescape Tan, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics. The winner must also attend the PBS Gala Dinner & Awards Evening held on Sunday the 21st of May 2023 at 6:00pm in Sydney CBD to be eligible.

Competition Entries: Entrants who complete the Entry Method above will receive one (1) Competition Entry. No limit on the number of Client Transformations submitted.

Prize: The Prize is one (1) Dermalux Flex MD Phototherapy system. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Prize Draw: There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received, chosen on Friday 19th of May at 11:00am. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The Winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in the Entry Restrictions.

Notification of Winners: The Winner will be announced at the PBS Gala Dinner & Awards Evening held on Sunday the 21st of May 2023 at 6:00pm in Sydney CBD.

Prize Claim: The Winner must claim their prize by Wednesday 31st of May 2023 after which time a new Winner will be selected.

Prize Delivery: The Prize will be sent to the winner’s place of business within two (2) weeks of the PBS Gala Dinner & Awards Evening held on Sunday the 21st of May 2023 at 6:00pm in Sydney CBD

Prize Conditions: In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Terms and Conditions

1.     Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. The Schedule defines certain terminology used within these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of consistency between the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions, the Schedule prevails.

2.     Entry is only open to Professional Beauty Solutions existing stockists, aged 18 and above.

3.     Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4.     The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

5.     Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

6.     If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

7.     The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.     The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

9.     If the Prize is unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further prize draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw on the day after the Prize Claim Date. The alternate winner shall be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners section of the schedule.

10.   If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, the unauthorised intervention or fraud or the discontinuation of the prize or product, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

11.   Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

12.   Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non- Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

o    any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);

o    any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;

o    any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

o    any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;

o    any tax liability incurred.

13.   The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use the information provided for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.

14.   All entries become the property of the Promoter.

15.   These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry and the conduct of the competition.
